Jesse Lingard Insists Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Tips Is helping Marcus Rashford

Jesse Lingard insists Marcus Rashford is getting a lot of advice from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer which is reflecting on his performance.

Rashford has ramped up the intensity in the last few matches and has found the net on five occasions in the last seven matches in the Premier League. Since the arrival of the new interim manager the United academy product has been given the go ahead to charge the opponent defenders with full force and results have been pretty fascinating so far.

Solskjaer has had an intense training session with the youngster in the Dubai warm training camp and made him aware of his huge potential as a striker. The 21 year old scored the winner at Wembley in a 1-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur and would be hoping to add many more to his name in the coming matches.

Lingard said, “Throughout the training sessions in Dubai he’s been practicing his finishing with the manager,

“It’s prepared him for big games and moments like that.”

“We want to attack, we want to make those runs forward

“The midfielders are running forward and we’re putting other teams under pressure. It’s working and we need to carry it on.”
