Manchester United Make Steven Bergwijn Move

Manchester United have started dialogues with PSV Eindhoven to acquire the service of Steven Bergwijn.

The 21 year old has had an excellent campaign so far as he has lit the Eredivisie with nine goals and eight assists so far. United have been on the lookout to make some addition to their current squad and the youngster could be the first of many.

The Red Devils have been pretty quiet in the winter transfer window so far but have made the first move. The winger has a price tag of around £25m and given his tender age it could be a bargain buy if the Red Devils could pull this off.

The wide man has gained his reputation as he can be deployed on both flanks and can also operate in a central striker role. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would love to have some more attackers at his disposal and Bergwijn could be a game changer.

United have been in the market for a right sided attacker and the PSV player fits the bill perfectly. He is quick, has a great vision and most importantly can score goals pretty easily.

A deal in the winter is looking unlikely but United are determined to wrap up the deal in the summer.
