Patrice Evra is expecting a summer overhaul at Manchester United.

The Red Devils had a disappointing end to their season as Cardiff City inflicted a shambolic defeat on them at the Old Trafford. Since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was given the permanent charge the momentum shifted rapidly and United looked very miserable in most of the matches.

The manager has already hinted the club may have to clear the deadwood in the summer in a bid to restore normalcy at the club and Evra echoed his decision. The likes of Paul Pogba and Alexis Sanchez haven’t lived up to the expectations and Evra insists Pogba would be one of the firsts to leave the club in the summer.

“I don’t want to blame all the players because I think that some players are here (at United) and they themselves don’t even know why they are here,

“I think (Pogba) will leave, because you need to feel the love when you play somewhere, you need to be committed. If Paul decides to stay another year and then leave, or stay another few years, maybe the fans will love him because he is committed.

“It’s not like I am protecting Paul but when there are incidents like yesterday with the fan, they are killing Paul.”
