Massimiliano Allegri is one of the better managers in the world now.

However, since his departure from Juventus at the end of last season, the former Milan boss has not started a new job.

He along with Jose Mourinho and handful other are the good ones left to be employed.

There are many clubs going through transitions. One big club who sacked their boss recently boss Bayern Munich.

With Munich’s head chair now empty, there has been talk about who can fill it up.

While the names of Jose and Allegri has been doing the round, former England international team coach, Fabio Capello has advised his fellow countryman Allegri to not take up the Bayern job and instead wait for the United seat to be vacated.

‘He’d be a good fit at Bayern Munich, although I don’t know how welcome Italians are in Germany after Ancelotti,’ Capello told Radio Anch’io Sport. ‘England’s exciting, there’s the possibility of working well and the Premier League is a championship that enriches you. If I was Allegri, I’d go to Manchester.’

United currently have Ole in charge who is not doing so well at Old Trafford.
