Last summer, the club blocked his one chance but the Dutchman is confident of joining the non-English club in 2022. The 24-year-old has even hired a new agent to complete this deal.

According to reports from Diario Sport, Barcelona are looking to make use of their connection to Dutch international via his Netherlands teammate Frenkie de Jong.
