Could Pogba have played his last game' at Old Trafford

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has played his last game for the Old Trafford outfit

Pogba suffered a calf injury in United’s 4-0 loss to Liverpool last month, and manager Ralf Rangnick expects him to miss the rest of the season.

“The doctor told me it will take four weeks minimum for him to recover and the last game is the end of May. I don’t think that it is very likely that he will be able to play again.”

Pogba, on the other hand, is choosing to be more hopeful, recently telling followers on Twitter that he hopes to return before the end of the Premier League season.

When the transfer market reopens, Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG, and Juventus are all interested in signing Pogba.

PSG had already been connected with the £49.5m-rated France international, so joining them appears to be a strong possibility.

With Real Madrid sniffing around for Kylian Mbappe, who is about to become a free agent like Pogba, the Ligue 1 winners should find themselves in a position to pay the former Juventus man’s salary.

Pogba’s United career appears to be ended, considering his contract predicament and the teams that are already around him. It would be one of the summer’s biggest surprises if he signed a new contract and ended up remaining at Old Trafford.
