Ryan Giggs believes there will be in and outs in Manchester United this summer.

Last Saturday, Manchester United lost 3-1 in their opening game against Crystal Palace at Old Trafford.

The club has signed only one player Donny van de Beek from Ajax.

The Dutchman scored on his debut but the fans are still displeased with United’s activity in the transfer market.

Even club legends Gary Neville and Patrice Evra asked the club to recruit new players.

Jadon Sancho has been their primary target but the club is reluctant to pay his £108million price tag.

But Ryan Giggs reckons that the defeat against Crystal Palace would force the club to push forward the Sancho deal and other potential targets.

“Yeah maybe, I think the fans will want that,” Giggs told Premier League Productions.

“The fans won’t be happy now because even before, if they had got a positive result, they still want to see new faces through the door and also a few going out as well.

“So there’s a lot to think of for Ole and the board.”

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admitted in welcoming new faces at Old Trafford following their defeat against Crystal Palace.

“We can play so much better than today,” the Norwegian said.

“If you look at the players we had on the pitch and on the bench and not here today, we have to look within first and look at ourselves and know we can perform better.

“But we are always looking to improve if there is something out there that is available at the right price.

“We always want to strengthen. But we can all look ourselves in the mirror, instead.”
