Paul Pogba famously returned home to Manchester United in a world record deal a few summers back.
However, in his three years at Manchester United, he has been unable to live up to his name or his price. He has impressed in spells and definitely shown that he remains a world class player but at United there is something missing.
This summer could prove to be a crucial point in his career with Real Madrid reportedly keen on the French World Cup winner. United however, would still want their star man in the team and build a new squad around him.
However, saying no to Madrid is often a case of utter failure as they get what they want. The next best option with them is to squeeze out as much as possible in return.
So here is the deal on the cards apparently which looks too good to be true. Real themselves want to unload their squad members and hence are ready to give United Gareth Bale, Keylor Navas, James Rodriguez and Theo Hernandez in return for Pogba!
Bale is a Premier League legend, Rodriguez remains a top talent, with the De Gea leaving rumours, a winner like Navas for free would be a steal and Hernandez is a special young talent who can develop.
All this for Pogba would mean United’s squad would be buffed up leaving them with free budget to operate to strengthen their defence and midfield
Should they accept the deal if it is even true!
