As Fulham is no longer in the running, the Toffees can try to persuade the 27-year-old to go to Goodison Park after making an inquiry about McTominay, according to a story published in The Athletic on August 13. “Sources confirm Fulham and Burnley have agreed terms for Sander Berge,” tweeted Bailey on X.
“The Cottagers have long admired the Norwegian, and they have now decided to go back to him after choosing not to pursue a move for Scott McTominay.”
