HIJACK: United turn to Havertz to pip Chelsea
Bildbyran

Manchester United’s deal for Jadon Sancho had hit a stumbling block.

The Borussia Dortmund winger has been linked with a move to England with Manchester United ready to bring him in. However, the two clubs are currently at a stand off with United not ready to meet Dortmund’s transfer fee demands.

The player has a two year contract left at Germany, and Dortmund feels it is impossible for the player to leave for a price lower than a 108 million pounds. This has put the deal on a stand off with United now turning their attention to Chelsea target Kai Havertz.

The German star is a playmaker who can play as a second striker and a winger. Havertz is ready to make the move to England as well and will cost United about 18 million pound less. Chelsea are currently in advanced talks but have failed to agree a fee with Bayer Leverkusen meaning United could sweep and in pip the deal for the Blues by bringing Kai to Old Trafford!

Havertz will in all probability play on the right wing with Bruno and Pogba at midfiled and Martial and Rashford being his partners in the front three.
