Jose Mourinho has lined up up three replacements if the player decides to leave

The Portuguese manager is preparing himself up

Anthony Martial joined Manchester United from Monaco for £36 million, potentially rising to £58 million, on a four-year contract with the option of another year in 2015. Since then he has been an integral part of the team and is considered one of the best young talents in the world.

The France International started last season off brightly and was regular during the first half of the season under Jose Mourinho. But since the arrival of Alexis Sanchez in the January transfer window from Arsenal, he has found minutes harder to come by and has started only 6 games since the Chilean joined.

He still managed to score 11 goals and provided 7 assists in all competitions. He was also awarded the club’s Player of the month three times.

It is believed that the 22 year old is frustrated with the lack of game and could look for a summer exit in order for more first team football. He also missed a place in France World Cup squad which further intensified the speculations.

The Frenchman has been linked with host of clubs this summer who all are monitoring his situation. He still has a year left on his contract and the Red Devils have the option to extend it by another year.

Though the player has actively taken part in the pre-season training and currently he is in the United States, preparing for the pre-season matches. But the Portuguese manager is preparing himself up if he decides to leave.

Mourinho has three Martial replacements lined up in case the quits Old Trafford this summer according to Express. The three players are Gareth Bale, Willian and Ivan Perisic.

Bale was frustrated with lack of game time under Zinedine Zidane last season but proved his worth when he came on as a substitute against Liverpool in the Champions League final and scored two goals.

Though the Wales International hinted after the match he could leave the club the this summer. Julen Lopetegui has been appointed as new Real Madrid’s manager and the player is set to have showdown talks with him.

The Red Devils are waiting for the outcome of that talk though the Spanish side are keen to keep him after losing Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.

Willian has been heavily linked with a move as Former Chelsea manager is a huge admirer of the Brazilian and wants to sign him. He even enquired about him back in January but the Blues didn’t want to sell him that time.

Maurizio Sarri has been appointed as new manager and it’s not sure whether he has the Brazil International in his plans or not.

The English side may go for Perisic, who blossomed for Croatia as they made the World Cup final.

The winger nearly joined a year ago but United’s refusal to pay Inter Milan £50 million for him ultimately saw the deal collapse. A year on, though, and the club could land their man for an higher fee.
