Keane praises Rashford

Marcus Rashford has scored a brilliant goal for Manchester United many a times.

However, last night he lit it up for England last night.

Rashford broke through the ranks in United, as a teenager. It was under manager Louis Van Gaal that Rashford became popular.

However, as the years went by and Mourinho took over, Rashford lost his charm. He was no longer a big goal threat and was losing consistency with his game.

With the return of Ole, Rashford has again somewhat found his threatening pace, skills and finishing.

Yesterday, former Red Devil captain Roy Keane was full of praise for the youngster.

‘Brilliant, brilliant goal. What a finish,’ Keane said on ITV. ‘He is back to his best. Lovely play, nice and simple.

‘Does it matter about the opposition? Of course it does, because they’re getting opportunities, but that was the goal of the night, lovely finish. Pure quality.’

‘The attacking three players you’d have at the minute are Sterling, Kane and Rashford, the three of them are outstanding players, cause you all sorts of headaches,’ said the Irishman.

Can Rashford keep up the good form and guide United to a top four finish this season?
