Latest: Pogba to return to training at Manchester United

Paul Pogba is set to return to training this week at Manchester United.

The French World Cup winner is a controversial figure at Old Trafford. He joined Manchester United from Juventus for a record fee of €105 million back in 2016.

However, in his 4 season spell at the club, Pogba has only shown flashes of brilliance. He has been unable to perform on a daily basis up to his usual standard and has had to bare the brunt of the fans for doing so.

Coupled with his frustrating performances have been United’s mediocre form and that led to the player being tipped to leave United for quite some time now.

Pogba has been out injured since the end of last year and many had feared that Pogba would not play ever again for United.

However, he is set to return to training this week and is reportedly keen to pair up with Bruno Fernandes in midfield.

The new signing Bruno has been a special spark in an otherwise dull Manchester United side.

Fans have been excited by the prospect of Fernandes and Pogba playing together and now it would seem Pogba himself is returning to training to speed up the process.
