Manchester United is almost certain to sign Enzo Kana-Biyik on a free transfer. In April, the Manchester Evening News reported that Kana-Biyik was traveling to Manchester to finalize the agreement with United. Now, all that needs to be done is to cut through the red tape to make it official.

Prior to the official announcement of Kana-Biyik’s move, United is awaiting a few regulatory actions. United is completing a few legal requirements before Kana-Biyik’s transfer is finalized. Unlike Harley Emsden-James, who recently turned 16, from Southampton, the Red Devils are about to make an official announcement about Kana-Biyik’s entrance from Le Havre.

The Manchester Evening News reports that although there have been rumors of an immediate loan raid by Ineos-owned FC Lausanne-Sport, it is believed that no loan plan has been finalized for the incoming French talent.

Man United to announce signing of Enzo Kana-Biyik shortly

Kana-Biyik visited Manchester to settle the formalities of the move after it was disclosed back in April that United had essentially finalized a deal for him. Red tape is all that is needed to finalize the transfer, according to the Manchester Evening News.

According to the explanation, United is awaiting a few regulatory actions before Kana-Biyik’s transfer is formally announced. The Red Devils are expected to announce the signing to the public as soon as possible, unlike Emsden-James’ exit from the Saints.

According to reports, Kana-Biyik might be sent out right away to FC Lausanne-Sport, owned by Ineos; however, this plan has not been confirmed. Furthermore, rumor has it that Ruben Amorim is even thinking of including the forward in the preseason tour and giving him an opportunity to play for the first squad.

United fought off competition from Paris Saint-Germain to sign the young Frenchman, who is an exciting talent.
