David Raya has attracted interest from Manchester United.

The 27-year-old goalkeeper has denied two contract extension from Brentford this season and is widely expected to leave this summer.

He has kept eight clean sheets in 24 Premier League appearances and has entered the final 18 months of his Brentford contract.

The Spaniard has been of the consistent goalkeepers in the Premier League and is looking for a new challenege this summer.

Even manager Thomas Frank admitted it would be tough for Brentford to convince their shot-stopper to remain at the club.

The Bees are looking somewhere in the region of £30m for the Spaniard’s services.

“I turned down two contracts, one last year and one this January. They weren’t the offers we were looking for. I can only say that,” Raya told The Athletic last month.

“Maybe the club wants to sell, maybe not. Maybe I want to stay. I want to focus on football and see what happens.

“I have big ambitions. I want to play in Europe and I want to fight to win a title. I want to fight to win a European title. I trust myself to be able to play in those types of games.”
