Another crisis has broken out in the Chelsea dressing room, with Ben Chilwell reported to be so furious with manager Enzo Maresca that he is demanding to leave the club. According to TeamTalk, Maresca’s recent comments in which he suggested that Chilwell was not of the quality required to play at left-back has infuriated the England star.

As a result, Chilwell is now looking to quit the club as he does not want to play for a manager who does not value him. According to the Daily Mail, Man Utd are considering making a bid for Chilwell in an attempt to solve their own left back crisis after Luke Shaw suffered another injury. Manchester City have also been linked.

Chelsea Star Urged to Leave and Man Utd’s Interest

Manchester United linked Ben Chilwell is far from pleased with his situation at Chelsea following a managerial change. Erik ten Hag will head into the new Premier League season without his two senior left-backs. The Dutch coach has already revealed Tyrell Malacia is not available for the start of the new campaign.

According to talkSPORT, Chilwell was attracting loose interest from United a few weeks ago. It remains unclear if United are still interested in the England international. However, the report suggests that now it has become a lot easier to secure the player’s services.

Chelsea continues to buy and sell players for fun, and the 27-year-old could be the next player to head out the exit door at Stamford Bridge.
