Wolves star
Manchester United want to buy Ruben Neves

According to Fichajes, Manchester United has made an official bid for Ruben Neves, a midfielder with Al Hilal. After defeating Manchester City 2-0 this past weekend, the Red Devils have had a mixed season and are presently fifth in the Premier League standings. Michael Carrick, the interim manager who took over for Ruben Amorim, is getting off to the ideal start in the dugout.

A midfielder is said to be the club’s first priority if the chance presents itself. However, the team is reportedly hoping to bolster their roster this month in order to maintain that momentum and perhaps qualify for the Champions League the following season.

Neves’ contract with Saudi powerhouse Al Hilal expires this summer, and a deal to prolong his stay in the Middle East has not yet been completed. Manager Simone Inzaghi has called Neves “exceptional”.

The Portugal international has been linked to a return to Europe as a result, and sources in Spain state that INEOS has made an official £20 million bid for his services in an attempt to get him back into the Premier League.

Ruben Neves is open to a move

The player is eager to move and is prepared to take a salary reduction in order to finalise the transaction. The 28-year-old may have an instant effect at Manchester United since he has demonstrated his abilities in the Premier League with Wolves.

Someone who can dominate the game from the middle of the pitch is needed by Manchester United. For them, the Portuguese International would be perfect. In addition to managing the game’s tempo, he excels at long-range shooting and set-piece delivery.

Neves may give the Manchester United midfield a fresh perspective. Now is the ideal moment for him to rejoin the Premier League, as he is at the height of his career. He has the ability to succeed at the top level and has also been connected to teams like Real Madrid. The Spanish team won’t try to sign him this month, though. Manchester United has an advantage in the transfer race since it appears that the player is now prepared to go on.
