Manchester United are eyeing Blackburn Rovers teen Ashley Phillips

According to reports, the Premier League heavyweights have a regular presence at Rovers’ Under-21 games to observe the talented 16-year-old centre-back.

Because the England youth cap is under contract, obtaining him will be extremely costly.
