Manchester United are monitoring the development of Fenerbahce sensation Elif Elmas.
The 19 year old has emerged as one of the hottest prospects in the European circuit and the Red Devils have scouted him pretty extensively in the last few months. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is planning to build the core of team around youngsters and has been planning accordingly.
The midfielder hails from Macedonia and already has ten senior caps for his country which speaks volumes about his talent. Predominantly a central midfielder he also has the knack of operating from an advanced position.
Former manager Jose Mourinho brought in Diogo Dalot from Porto who went on to play a pretty crucial part in United’s season. Dalot is a part of the emerging crop of players and Elmas could follow the suit.
Solskjaer wants all the transfer deals to be completed as soon as possible so the new arrivals will have the chance to integrate with the squad. Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur are also believed to be interested in the player but are yet to contact the Turkish club regarding a potential transfer.
