Manchester United is not denying any rumours about their interest in Wolves forward Raul Jimenez.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer watched the 28-year old forward play during the Manchester United and Wolves clash on Saturday in their FA Cup meet. He admits that Jimenez is a good player and might be considering him on to their side. The Wolves player has scored 8 Premier League goals in the season currently and played in 17 Wolves matches.

“Another good player that we’re being linked with.

“It’s loads of players who are being linked with us. I thought he came on and did really well today. But I can’t comment on the speculation.”

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo was also quizzed on the rumours and he said: “It’s the first-time I heard it. Ole [Gunnar Solskjaer] didn’t mention anything about that.

“But the transfer window is open. When it is open, anything can happen. [However] We are delighted to have Raul.”

Another transfer rumour linked with Manchester United that has been gaining a lot of interest lately is the move of Paul Pogba. He has been associated with Spanish giants Real Madrid, along with Juventus and Inter Milan.

Solskjaer told the BBC: “You won’t see Paul [Pogba] go in January.”
