Manchester United Plotting £150m Deal For Jack Grealish

Reports have quoted a ludicrous price of £150m for Manchester United to bring Jack Grealish to Old Trafford.

Well, if the Red Devils were to come forward with such an offer, Aston Villa will have no choice but to let him walk.

Grealish has reportedly already started looking at houses in the Manchester area despite not holding official talks with United. Aston Villa are currently involved in a heavy relegation battle with them currently only a point above the bottom three.

However, they are about to face Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final in March. It would be a dream for Grealish to lead his boyhood club to some sort of silverware but that would be highly unlikely against the Premier League champions.

Manchester United did improve their midfield by adding Bruno Fernandes this past month. The Portuguese international will add some vigour and more importantly, creativity to this lacklusture United side. Grealish also has the potential to be a key central figure if he were to make the record-switch from Villa.

The 24-year-old does seem destined on quitting the Midlands outfit after this season. His 12 direct goal contributions in 23 Premier League games suggest that he is far too good for a relegation-threatened team.
