Bayern Munich sacked Niko Kovac the night before yesterday.
The Bayern boss was sacked due to a run of bad results and the final nail on the coffin was a 5-1 loss to Frankfurt.
The Bundesliga champions are now without a boss. They will be looking everywhere for quality and in Jose Mourinho there is a ready made winner.
Mourinho has so far won titles in Portugal, England, Italy and Spain. He is a champion whichever country he has been to.
Now his former player Schweinsteiger has said that Jose would be tempted by the Bayern job.
“I can imagine Mourinho in Germany”, said Schweinsteiger, the former Bayern captain, in an interview with Bild.
“I remember he was always asking me about Bayern and the Bundesliga. During our away games, there was always Bundesliga on TV.
“He really knew every single player, even from the smaller teams. He was also learning German.
“He has not worked in the Bundesliga, so I can well imagine that he would be tempted by a commitment in Germany.”
Jose is currently without a job having been sacked by Manchester United last year after a run of poor results.
