Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic has refuted speculations of having a divisive dressing room insisting all is going well at the club.
Jose Mourinho looked to have lost control on his team as a number of players with the likes of Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial seemed to be having a difference of opinion with the manager.
Martial was on the verge of leaving United while Pogba’s agent tried to offer him to a number of various clubs including Barcelona. But they went on to remain at the club and since then they have been carrying the team on their shoulders.
Martial has gone onto prove his mettle by scoring five times in his last four matches in the Premier League while Pogba’s influence in the midfield cannot be denied.
Matic said, “We are all united.
“When we win we are all together and when we lose we are all together.
“It’s not true what the media are writing. We are working hard and we will continue like this.
“The Manchester United name obligates us to be professionals and try to turn the situation as soon as possible and this is exactly what we are doing.”
