Neville Trolls Liverpool On Manchester United's Coutinho Persuasion

Former Manchester United ace Phil Neville has trolled Liverpool on Manchester United’s persuasion of their former ace Philippe Coutinho. The player currently plies his trade for the La Liga giants Barcelona and has not been able to settle into the side even after spending over a year at the Nou Camp and has been tipped to make a return to the Premier League. The player has been closely linked with a move to Liverpool’s arch-rivals Manchester United.

Speaking on a sports programme earlier today, the former Manchester United player joked about the possibility of the former Liverpool talisman signing for the Red Devils as he said, “He wants to sign for Manchester United.”

The former Premier League winner interrupted an interview with Matt Holland in the midway as he made the comment after Holland had said about Coutinho, “That’s got controversy written all over it. Ex-Liverpool.”

However, when Holland asked, “Does he? Do you know him well?” after Neville jibe at the former Liverpool ace, the former Red Devils laughed it off by saying, “I don’t know”.
