Raphaël Varane signs a four-year contract with the Red Devils.
The French defender has committed his future with Man United until 2025 and ends his trophy-laden 10-year spell at Santiago Bernabeu.
He is regarded as one of the finest centre-backs of his generation and is expected to form a solid partnership with Harry Maguire at the heart of defence.
He becomes United’s second summer signing with Jadon Sancho already completing a move to Old Trafford.

Having spoken to the manager I can see how much progress has been made over the last few seasons and I now join a group ready to play at the highest level.
“I want to make an impact here and I will give everything to become part of this club’s illustrious history.”
