McTominay and Tuanzeme are set to return.

While, Rashford and Pogba will stay sidelined.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that Scott McTominay and Axel Tuanzebe are closing on Manchester United returns after revealing the pair will join the club’s Spanish training camp. But new signing Odion Ighalo will not join them.

United fly out to spend their winter break doing warm weather training in Marbella on Saturday. And both McTominay and Tuanzebe, neither of whom has featured for the Red Devils since December, have both been included in the travelling party.

According to Solskjaer, Scotland international McTominay is well ahead of schedule as he closes in on a first-team return. “Scotty has done better in his recovery than we thought, so we will take him with us,” Ole told MUTV. “Hopefully he can join in the training sessions and Axel as well, he’ll join in, so that’s two positives and it’s a good chance for them to use this time with the players.”

Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford are both still missing due to injury, while third-choice goalkeeper Lee Grant is staying in England to undergo an operation: “Marcus and Paul are not ready yet to join in the training. Lee Grant unfortunately has had an injury, so he will require surgery, so he will be out for two or three months, so hopefully he’ll get back before the end of the season.”
