Paul Pogba Wants To 'Move On' From Manchester United: Agent

Paul Pogba’s camp is no longer hiding the fact that he wants to end his association with Manchester United once and for all.

The French midfielder admitted in June that “now could be a good time to find a new challenge”, which led to plenty of speculation already. With Real Madrid chiming in with significant interest in him, many believe that his time at Old Trafford is done.

But Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola might have hit it out of the park with his latest comments. He told the Times (via BBC), “Everyone knows the willingness of Paul to move on. We are in the process of that. Everyone knows what the feelings of Paul are.”

The controversial agent further added, “Everyone within the club, from the manager to the owner, knows Paul’s wishes.”

Pogba is currently on extended leave and is not attending Manchester United’s pre-season training. He has been granted a longer holiday due to the stress he took on for the past two seasons.

He played the final 10 games for United in the 2017/18 season and then appeared for the full World Cup triumph of France. He was immediately thrown back into the Premier League right after and has just finished the past campaign with 47 appearances, the most in the Red Devils lineup along with David De Gea and Marcus Rashford.

When asked directly if France international Pogba would travel with the squad for a pre-season tour of Australia, Raiola said, “I cannot tell you anything. I live day by day.”

The flamboyant Frenchman might be looking to quit Old Trafford this summer but it is still uncertain whether he will see his wishes met.
