Pogba prefers Juventus over Madrid, no chance of staying put

La Gazzetta Dello Sport are reporting that Juventus is Paul Pogba’s prefered destination this summer.

The French World Cup Winner has made it abundantly clear in the last 10 months that he is not keen on staying at Old Trafford.

An United academy product, he left the club as a teenager for Juventus only to come back to United for a world record fee for a midfielder. However, his homecoming has gone wrong since.

He has been harshly criticized, put to play under wrong systems, and himself has not been consistent enough at United.

With relations reaching an all-time low this season when his agent and his club manager taking potshots at each other in public, it is now expected that Paul will be moving on.

Due to the high transfer fee he commands, he so far has only potential suitors – Juventus and Real Madrid. Juventus are building a world class team at Turin and Pogba could be the crown jewel at midfield to supplement the likes of De Ligt and Bonucci in defence and Dybala and CR7 in attack!

Real Madrid for now seem out of the race as they turn their attention towards Kylian Mbappe. One thing is for sure, Paul is not staying back.
