Manchester United are reportedly prepared to accept a cut-price offer for striker Rasmus Hojlund this summer, with Juventus among several Serie A clubs eyeing a move for the Danish forward.

Man United to Accept Cut-Price Rasmus Hojlund Offer as Juventus Circle

According to former United chief scout Mick Brown, who remains closely connected to the club, Hojlund has no long-term future at Old Trafford and could be on his way out just two years after joining from Atalanta in a £72 million deal.

Despite flashes of potential, the 22-year-old has struggled to consistently impress since arriving in Manchester.

United, now under the planning of prospective new manager Ruben Amorim, are keen to raise funds for a summer rebuild and have placed Hojlund on the list of players available for transfer.

United are reportedly holding out for around £50 million, but there’s growing belief they would be willing to accept a “good” offer below that valuation to facilitate the forward’s exit.

Juventus, who have maintained a long-standing interest in Hojlund dating back to his time in Italy, are said to be leading the race for his signature.

“These clubs scouted him before he moved to United, and they still believe in the talent they saw at Atalanta,” Brown told Football Insider.

“It hasn’t quite clicked for him in Manchester, but the interest from Italy has never faded. Juventus are particularly keen, but they won’t overpay. If United lower their demands, a deal could very well happen.”

Hojlund’s exit could pave the way for Amorim to reshape the squad, with Brighton’s Bart Verbruggen among the names being targeted to replace under-fire goalkeeper Andre Onana.

Verbruggen, also 22, has caught the eye of United scouts, but Brighton are expected to demand a hefty fee for their young Dutch shot-stopper.

As the summer window approaches, a major shake-up appears to be on the cards at Old Trafford—and Rasmus Hojlund could be one of the first big names to depart.
