Cristiano Ronaldo to miss Manchester derby!

Cristiano Ronaldo did not arrive with the squad at the team hotel on Saturday evening.

Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo might miss the important derby game against Manchester City at Etihad today.

Manchester United will battle out City in their 28th Premier League fixture. This game is important for both sides.

The Portuguese continue to form an integral part of the United’s side despite his age. Ronaldo has only managed one goal in his last eight Premier League ties which has been a serious concern.

Ralf Rangnick did not mention any injury concerns for Ronaldo in his pre-game press conference.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the 37-year-old did not arrive with the squad at the team hotel on Saturday evening. It raises his unavailability chances.

The report also adds that Raphael Varane and Luke Shaw were also nowhere to be seen.

Ronaldo has netted 15 goals and added three assists in 30 appearances for Man United across all competitions this season. He has been linked with an early exit from Old Trafford ahead of the summer transfer window.
