Steven Bergwijn sends transfer warning to Manchester United

Manchester United summer transfer target Steven Bergwijn has sent out a very clear message to the club.

He currently plays for PSV where he is already a star. It seems like the young lad is ambitious and wants to be the best. That would work out good for United.

However, at the moment, his ambition is what might cost United.

When asked about an Old Trafford switch earlier this year, Bergwijn said: “Manchester United are a good club, without a doubt.

“But I am only 21 years old and in no hurry to leave PSV.

“When you join a new club, a better team, you automatically raise your level because of the level of the other players on the pitch.

If something good comes up, I’ll be ready for it. Otherwise I’ll be happy to stay at PSV.”

It seems like PSV not making much of an impact in Europe, the player wants to join a club who are going to be playing regular CL football.

Ole’s team are far off from a CL spot at the moment and do not look like contenders to make it no matter what their delusional manager might keep harping on about having young players.
