The One Club Who Can End Manchester United's Sanchez Misery

According to the latest reports, there is still one club who has not given up on Manchester United’s Alexis Sanchez.

The Chilean has been woeful ever since his switch from Arsenal in January 2018, scoring only 1 Premier League goal over the past 18-month period. His age paired with his mammoth sized £500,000-per-week contract has deemed him almost untradeable in the present climate.

No club is willing to meet the exorbitant wage demands of a 30-year-old whose form been so poor over the past season except one – Inter Milan.

The Serie A outfit is willing to offer Sanchez an escape route but only if the winger agrees to lower his salary. The Nerazzurri would like the former Barcelona player to reduce his wages by almost three-quarters of the current amount.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be pushing for a summer clearout after the recent horror show United have been going through. The Norwegian boss has already told the press about his intentions to succeed as the club’s manager and the price he is willing to pay for it.

All the non-essential personnel is expected to be moved out in turn for newer faces. However, it will be highly difficult to move Sanchez out even if Inter express considerable interest.

The player is due to keep pocketing a fortune till the summer of 2022. It is highly unlikely that he walks away from that if he is not the best performer on the pitch.
