What Manchester United's biggest problem is

Harry Maguire has found what Manchester United’s biggest issue is.

Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood scored goals in the Norwich match at Old Trafford over the weekend. The team’s performance was much better than before on Saturday afternoon as opposed the week when they drew with Wolves and then Man City secured a win over them.

Maguire realises the performance increase, however, he also knows that being consistent is not going to be easy – and that’s exactly the problem United is facing.

“Our problem has been inconsistency,” he told reporters after victory against Norwich.

“We have played two good games and one bad game and it has not been good enough in terms of that. We are not getting carried away. It was a good performance, clean sheet, win but we have to go again on Wednesday and get another good result.

“Like I said, if we put a few wins together on the bounce we will have every chance (of a top four finish).

He added: “I had a problem with my muscle, but it was only a small muscle and I normally recover quick and can play with a bit of pain.

“I’m alright now and got through the game unscathed. So now I feel good and ready to go again.”
