Woodward adds another blunder to his abysmal decision making list

When Sir Alex Ferguson entered the club in the late 80s, United were struggling. It took him over two decades to make the club possibly the biggest in the world and to “knock Liverpool of the ***** perch”.

However, all the good work done by him alongside David Gill, is seemingly being undone by one man; Ed Woodward.

Manchester United’s CEO seems an expert in making wrong decisions relentlessly. From not giving managers player or time to announcing wrong signings and refusing to shoulder blame, Woodward has done it all to become a joke in football.

It now seems he has added yet another feather to his marvellous blunders achievement list. He has reportedly refused to give David De Gea a contract extension due to the high salary demands of the player at the club.

United reportedly want to correct their Alexis Sanchez mistake by letting go of their best player by a mile over the last 5-6 years. It is a pity to think that De Gea who has saved match after match by having to play in front of that abysmal back line is now going to be let go off.

We are certainly happy for David but Dear Ed, please leave football. Spare some respect for yourself now.
