Paul Pogba has underlined Manchester United’s need to win a silverware this season.

Having finished the last season without a single trophy United have been pretty desperate to make their presence felt in the domestic circuit but Jose Mourinho somehow failed to read the pulse of this team.

Following his dismissal, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer came in and the Norwegian has managed to put United to a strong position breaking into the top four of the Premier League for the first time in this campaign.

The Red Devils continued their impressive run in the FA Cup and defeated Chelsea 2-0 at the Stamford Bridge to progress to the quarter final. Paul Pogba once again played a central role as he got involved in both the goals setting up one and scoring another.

The French World Cup winner was under severe criticism for not justifying his talent but has been in blistering form. Pogba said, “Losing a game after 11 games without losing hurts and it’s a really bad feeling, so you don’t want this to happen again.

“All the competitions are important. We want to win something.

Last year we didn’t win any trophies. I still remember that. This year we want to win something.”
