Rated at £25 million currently, Bergwijn joined PSV’s youth setup in 2011 and played there till 2014 when he joined the senior team.

He has since made 103 appearances for PSV, scoring 20 goals and providing 23 assists. This season, Bergwijn has been sensational for PSV, scoring 10 goals and providing 8 assists so far. He is the second most assist provider in the Eredivisie at the moment.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to bolster Manchester United’s attack as they look to make the top four of the Premier League this season. With Alexis Sanchez struggling with form and fitness, Solskjaer is eager to sign Bergwijn. However, PSV are eager to keep Bergwijn who is one of their most important players.
