Manchester United preparing bumper contract for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Manchester United hired Ole Gunnar Solskjaer back in the winter of 2018 as an interim boss with the club in deep trouble.

After a blistering start to life as the boss of Old Trafford, he was justifiably rewarded the permanent manager’s position.

Since then, he has won zero trophies, spent hundreds of millions, and failed to innovate any particular style of play at United.

However, to those fans who remain loyal to him, OGS has played his cards really well by talking about the ‘United DNA’ and tuning a self-sympathy course in his favor despite failing to achieve anything a decent manager should at Old Trafford.

His team has the likes of Rashford, Cavani, Martial, Greenwood, Bruno, Pogba, Maguire, Wan-Bissaka, De Gea, Shaw but OGS still loves to call his Red Devils the underdogs who are being raised by his individual brilliance as a manager, through tactics unknown to football experts.

As it would seem, his lack of proficiency has not cost the United board anything – who in reality do not care about the silverware but only want commercial success which comes from finishing top 4.

Hence, Ed Woodward and co are happily planning to extend his contract by giving him two more years and increasing his salary by a whopping 25%, by adding the condition that silverware is not important as they feel ‘United are moving forward’.

A news like this will surely bring joy to all of the Premier League. Long live the OGS propaganda.
