Ole Gunnar Solskjaer Confirms Three Manchester United Player Are Ready To Return Against Arsenal

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed Anthony Martial is ready to return against Arsenal while Nemanja Matic and Ander Herrera could also get some much needed game time on the pitch.

Manchester United are oozing high on confidence following their triumphant victory over Paris Saint Germain. No other teams managed to fight back after conceding to goals at their home but the Red Devils conquered Paris with a last gasp penalty from Marcus Rashford.

Solskjaer’s away record since taking up the charge is perfectly poised as the Norwegian is yet to lose a match away from home. A win over Arsenal would be his 12th away victory and it could also decide his fate as the former United forward is the favourites to be handed the mantle permanently.

The interim manager said, “Eric’s fine.

“Anthony will be available and, hopefully, we’ll have Nemanja and/or Ander ready as well, so we’re looking better for it. They just need to have another couple of days’ training with the team. They’ve done well in their recovery work.”

“Paul was over there training with us and in the dressing room and the meetings, so he wanted to be a part of that game

“It’s great that he had a couple of days off after Southampton, so it was the least he could do!”

Solskjaer played down the fact that fatigue could affect his players. “We’re alright,

“Arsenal played 24 hours later than us and, of course, it will be tougher for them, so we’ll be ready for Sunday, definitely.”
