Manchester United Midfielder To Leave The Club In Summer, Posts Heartfelt Message

Ander Herrera is all set to sign a new contract with Manchester United.

The Spanish midfielder’s existing contract is due to expire at the end of this season and negotiations are believed to be in the last stages. Herrera has been one of the players who has been a revelation under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his excellent form has convinced the club hierarchy to offer him an extended stay at the club.

The Spanish midfielder has been a regular alongside Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba in the United midfield and also played a central role in United’s 2-0 win over Chelsea in the FA Cup where scored the first goal for the Red Devils.

The 29 year old is all set to put pen to paper to a new three year contract with an estimated wage of around £100,000 per week.   The Red Devils have been on a signing spree as a number of players with the likes of Anthony Martial and Ashley Young have extended their association and Herrera is also going to follow their path.

With David De Gea and Marcus Rashford yet to agree to a new contract Herrera’s new deal could help the club in breaking the ice.
