Ole Gunnar Solskjaer insists Paul Pogba will stay at Manchester United beyond this season.
The midfielder has been severely criticised for his below-par form and has been linked with a number of clubs including Real Madrid. Recent reports suggested Los Blancos are immensely confident of reaching a deal with the Red Devils regarding the transfer of the World Cup winner.
United’s recent form haven’t been encouraging and they are currently fighting for a place in the top four. Pogba has been the central figure to Solskjaer’s plan and he will get another chance to prove his mettle when they host Chelsea on this Sunday.
Despite all the rumours and speculations, the manager feels Pogba is here to don the Red jersey next season. “You can’t guarantee anything in football but yes I think Paul is going to be here.
“I can assure you he is now very determined to succeed at Man United.
“I would say yes I can guarantee, but in life you can never. He will be as far as I can answer.”
