Cristiano Ronaldo push Al Nassr to sign Man United midfielder Casemiro

Sir Jim Ratcliffe allegedly feels that offloading Casemiro would be best for the club this summer.

Al Nassr forward Cristiano Ronaldo wants his club to push for the signing of Manchester United midfielder Casemiro during the summer transfer window.

His contract will expire in the summer of 2026 and he has an option of an additional 12 months. The 31-year-old has made only 12 appearances this season due to injury.

The Brazilian was back on the bench against Tottenham last weekend after recovering from a hamstring issue. He will stay at Old Trafford this month but can plan a departure at the end of the season.

Casemiro is currently the highest-paid player at Man United. Sir Jim Ratcliffe allegedly feels that offloading him would be best for the club this summer.

As per the reports of Foot Mercato, Ronaldo has spoken to senior figures at Al-Nassr to discuss moving for his former Real Madrid teammate this summer.

Ronaldo moved to the Saudi Pro League on a free transfer in January 2023. The 38-year-old has scored 38 goals and registered 13 assists in 44 appearances for the club in all competitions.
