Nemanja Matic’s future at Old Trafford hangs in the air at the moment. According to reports from ESPN, the Serbian is a transfer target for Italian outfit Inter Milan.
Matic arrived at Old Trafford in the summer of 2017 and had a great start under Jose Mourinho. However, the midfielder has lost his touch ever since and Solskjaer is looking to replace the 32-year-old. United have marked Newcastle’s Sean Longstaff as a replacement for him.
Inter Milan have been made aware of the situation and are ready to offer £10m plus Radja Nainggolan for Matic. The Serbian is currently getting ready for a pre-season with Manchester United.
Inter Milan are also eyeing a deal for the Red Devils’ wantaway striker Romelu Lukaku this summer.
