Jadon Sancho made a wrong decision by joining Man United

Jadon Sancho made a mistake joining Man United from Borussia Dortmund.

Since making his arrival at Old Trafford this summer, Sancho has struggled to score or assist for his new club in 12 games.

The 21-year old England international who was recently picked for the England squad is struggling for game time under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

German legend Didi Hamann admits his transfer to United was probably a ‘big mistake’.

‘From his point of view, it’s probably a mistake, but from the club’s point of view they’ll keep patience for now,’ Hamann told Metro.co.uk via FreeSuperTips.

‘They paid a lot of money for him, but if they do decide to sell then I think they will recoup most of that money because there will be a market for him.

‘At the moment it seems like a big misunderstanding, having watched him at Borussia Dortmund for a couple of years he did wonderful things.

‘I was very surprised Southgate hardly picked him in the Euros and I’m astonished that he doesn’t feature right now for Manchester United.

‘A lot has been said about the manager, but I don’t think we should be putting on the blame on him because the player might not be performing. It’s a strange situation I’ve got to say.’
