Manchester United will start their pre-season fixture with a trip to Australia. They are scheduled to take on Perth Glory to kickstart their campaign on 13th July. They will then face their archrivals Leeds United just after four days who narrowly missed out on promotion to the Premier League.
Then the club travels to the east to take part in the International Champions Cup. United have had a very good record against Inter Milan having won all their previous Champions League fixtures and it remains to be seen whether they maintain their form for the fifth time when they face the Italian side in Singapore on 20th July.
fellow Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur are also competing in this competition which has a completely new format. The North Londoners are the defending champions of the ICC tournament and will face United in Shanghai on 25th July.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side will finish their preseason tour with a clash with AC Milan in Cardiff on 3rd August.
