Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has said that the club won’t be re-signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Ibrahimovic came to manchester United on a free transfer in the summer of 2016, shortly after Euro 2016.

He played 53 matches for the club across all competitions, scoring 29 goals and providing 10 assists. After a poor 2017-18 season where injuries limited his game time to only 197 minutes, Ibrahimovic left United and went to LA Galaxy in the United States.

Ibrahimovic has scored 22 goals in just 26 matches for LA Galaxy so far.

When asked if Manchester United would make a move to bring back Ibrahimovic, Mourinho replied, “No”. Mourinho had the same answer when asked whether he would consider bringing Ibrahimovic back.

Manchester United play Everton on Sunday at Old Trafford. They’ll next play Bournemouth before traveling to Turin to play their Champions League group game against Juventus.
