Mason Greenwood has left Man United and joined Getafe for the remainder of the season.

The 21-year-old has been suspended from Man United training after the club completed an internal investigation into the allegations of attempted rape, controlling and coercive behaviour and assault against him.

United decided to cut ties with the academy forward following a six-month investigation into his conduct.

He is under contract with Man United until the summer of 2025 and will not play for the club again.

Greenwood scored 35 goals in 129 appearances for United since making his debut as a teenager in 2019.

The Man United striker will continue his development with Getafe in LaLiga who are contributing a small portion towards his wages.
