Pogba And Sanchez Cause Major Rift In Manchester United Dressing Room

According to the latest reports, Manchester United players are quite unhappy with the club’s payment system which heavily favours Alexis Sanchez and Paul Pogba.

The two controversial stars in the Red Devils lineup are the highest paid players at the club, Sanchez being the highest earner in the entire Premier League.

Otherwise, the Chilean earns a £75,000 bonus every time he makes an appearance. He receives the same amount when scores a goal and £25,000 for every assist. Pogba makes an additional £50,000 per goal and £20,000 per assist.

Ole Solskjaer has had to deal with a lot of jealousy in the dressing room, all leading to this payment structure. This understandably played a part in United’s negotiations with Ander Herrera.

The Spaniard established himself as a key figure under the Norwegian boss but is now set to leave after his demands were not met by the club.

A source close to The Sun revealed, “The real problem is the incentive plan. It has caused a lot of animosity and is as responsible for the lack of the recent failure of team spirit as anything else.”

The Red Devils looked to have turned a corner during Solskjaer’s early days as the manager but they are now ending the 2018/19 campaign without Champions League football.

Plenty of reports claimed that Pogba will push for an Old Trafford exit this summer and Solskjaer is already trying to get rid of Sanchez.
