Anthony Martial reportedly rejected the signing opportunity for Lyon last month.
There are some reports that the Spanish club could look to move for Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial in the summer of 2022. Barcelona is going through a rough phase and the club is looking to add some stability to their team combination.
Anthony Martial has been in great form and his numbers are pretty convincing in Premier League. He is going to end his stint with United in future and Barcelona may sign him for the next summer.
The France international reportedly rejected the signing opportunity for Lyon last month. Martial may not continue with United since Ronaldo’s signing to the club. Manchester United may leave the attacker in January for a good price as they are also willing to sign some new faces in the next transfer window.

Some reports stat that Martial’s £250k-a-week salary might add a roadblock in negotiations with clubs. The £40m-rated attacker is not getting chances in United’s XI on a regular basis. The France international scored 78 goals and 50 assists from 263 appearances for the United. Martial has started one of five matches in the 2021-22 season so far.
