Man United will now open talks with Aaron Wan-Bissaka over increasing his salary at Old Trafford.

Man United have extended the contract of Aaron Wan-Bissaka by one year. He will stay at Old Trafford until the summer of 2025. The 26-year-old was linked with various clubs and he was supposed to leave the club in the summer but he will stay for one more season.

The right-back made a move to Man United from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2019. Bissaka has featured in 175 matches for the Red Devils, scoring twice.

The 26-year-old has not always been the first-choice right-back under Erik ten Hag.  He is yet to receive an England call-up.  As per the Daily Mail, United have triggered the option in Wan-Bissaka’s contract which commits him to United until the end of the 2024-25 season.

Man United will now open talks with the right-back over increasing his salary at Old Trafford, with the defender currently earning £90,000 per week.

Man United are also looking to extend the contract of Victor Lindelof. He is in the process of rehabilitation from an injury sustained in November.
