Manchester United have reached an agreement to sign Partizan winger Filip Stevanovic.

Stevanovic came on as a substitute against Manchester United in both the Europa League fixtures earlier this season and he seemed to impress United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

According to Partizan vice president Vladimir Vuletić, negotiations are ongoing over a deal for Stevanovic.

As part of the deal, the 17-year old is expected to remain at Partizan Belgrade on loan for next season.

So far, he made 42 appearances for Partizan, scoring seven goals and providing three assists this season and will be following in the footsteps of Zoran Tosic, who made the move from Partizan to Old Trafford in 2009.

United are injecting a large sum of money into the Academy as of late, by signing £9million on Hannibal Mejbri last year.

It’s highly unlikely United are gonna spend £10m on a teenager due to the financial constraints that the club is suffering.
